Continuity of message and presentation format is a key element of the strategies and support services provided by ASPAC. We bring years of skill and experience to the task of extending effective communication not just to the website, advertising, or sales aids, but to all elements where exposure to any stakeholder applies.
As with all of our work, we adopt an "outside looking in" perspective, translating the message into terms and formats consistent with the needs of the recipient. These may be consumers/end users, resellers, internal personnel, suppliers and so on. The medium will vary according to the characteristics and needs. For example:
- We develop selling aids that refine and communicate the value
propositions
in terms needed by sales personnel and the prospect
- Point-of-sale material will reduce the message to its absolute
fundamentals
and in the most parctical and impactful manner
- In websites, we differentiate between "public" and "commercial"
information,
with appropriate access restrictions.
- Providing structured information to internal personnel will be as
important
as delivering information to external stakeholders, like
customers or suppliers.
Other pages in this website (see left column) have stressed the importance of defining customer characteristics & needs, developing realistic value propositions and evolving ways of communicating these effectively. The creation of an "object library" of text, images, charts, specifications etc are the basis for efficient and low-cost application to virtually every form of communication between the business and its stakeholders.
Please consider the visual examples below and how these techniques may apply to your business:
